For your convenience, we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card and cash. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
To assist you better, we are participants of most of PPO plans. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We work with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. After endodontic treatment is completed, we will provide you with an insurance statement for reimbursement.
